1. Initial consultation determining scope of work and rough budget.
2. Meet with interior designer to determine layout, products/brands, colors and styles.
3. Based on manufacturer lead times, set begin and end date schedule.
4. Pre-remodel meeting. Meet to discuss renovation, if any changes since initial meeting with designer, and address any concerns about the remodel process.
5. Remodel begins. Workers always build construction pathway to and from work area to keep home as clean as possible during construction.
6. End of each work day, concierge will call owner to report on what was accomplished that day and what will be accomplished the following day. Additionally, if any hiccups occurred, like delayed shipping of material items, a workers truck had a flat tire, or whatever might have a delay effect on the final end date to remodel will be reported on a daily basis.
7. Workers will completely clean up work path and work area to minimize intrusion.
8. Repeat daily routine until completion.
9. Finally, introduce you to your newly remodeled space.
